Jinyi Purification Technology Co., Ltd specializes in cleanroom components and stainless-steel equipment manufacturing, offering our customers one-stop engineering services for industrial cleanrooms and operating theaters. These services include designing, manufacturing, installation and maintenance, and for years, we have proudly served and supported customers in hospitals, pharmaceutical industries, electronics, laboratories, and food processing industries.

Jinyi has focused on the design and manufacture of modular cleanrooms that are easy to install and use in as little as two to three days. Using our own modern manufacturing factories, expert engineers and skilled workers, we install high quality modular cleanrooms and operation theater that are also highly cost efficient. Our engineers will first create a reasonable design based on your industry, location, cleanliness requirements, and budget. Next, more than 150 skilled employees will manufacture all high quality and cost-effective windows, doors, and units such as FFU and stainless-steel sinks needed for the project. Finally, we offer a series of support and services that include on-site installation, training, and maintenance.

From materials to end products, and from manufacturing to installation, Jinyi takes every step possible to ensure a high-quality service, earning respect and recognition from customers all over the world. For equipment and spare parts production, we choose a premium SUS 304 or SUS201 stainless-steel. All raw material suppliers are required to provide both a testing report and quality certificate, and each material batch will be sample tested before being put into use. Then, to ensure the precision, we are outfitted with a series of highly automatic equipment, including a laser cutting machine and CNC bending machine to complete the machining process. Machined parts are welded by technicians with more than 10 years of experience in the field, ensuring a perfect product to meet your every need. Parts then undergo grinding and wire drawing to ensure a smooth, easy to clean surface. Next, Jinyi carries out a set of different assembly procedures and standards for different products. As an example, we install parts in pre-set positions to ensure a high work efficiency. Finally, all products are tested and inspected by our quality control department before they are sent out for delivery.
